Shipping Information
We ship trending gadgets straight from our fulfilment partners to your door. Here is what to expect when you order from Hipersas.
Order processing
Orders are processed within 1 to 3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays). You will receive an email confirmation when your order is placed and another with tracking details once it has shipped.
Delivery times
- United Kingdom: typically 5 to 10 business days after dispatch.
- Europe: typically 7 to 14 business days after dispatch.
- Rest of the world: typically 10 to 20 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates and may be longer during busy periods or because of carrier delays. Items in one order may arrive in separate parcels.
Shipping costs
Shipping costs, and any free shipping offers, are shown at checkout before you pay.
Tracking
Every order includes tracking. If your tracking has not updated for 7 days, or your parcel has not arrived within 25 business days, please contact us at ambussinessolutions07@gmail.com and we will help.
Customs and import duties
Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties or taxes, which are the responsibility of the customer.
Wrong address
Please check your shipping address carefully at checkout. If you spot a mistake, email us as soon as possible and we will do our best to update it before dispatch.
